English: The border junction between Elis, Achaea, and Arcadia is an irregular T-intersection at the river junction of the Erymanthos and an unnamed left-bank tributary. The community there is named with the conceit, Tripotama ("three rivers"). There are not three rivers. An official sign identifies the river north of there as the Erymanthus, a permanent, swift-flowing mountain stream even in summer, where white-water rafting parties gather to begin their gambits downstream through the Erymanthus Valley. There are no further roads or facilities before the Nemoutas Bridge. The tributary is incorrectly labelled the Aroanios or the Seraios in some internet sites but it is not those. Not far from the junction the tributary exudes from springs in a dry, walk-across rocky bed, which comes down from Erymanthus and is obviously caused by floods of snow-melt. Tripotama is in the corner of Achaea; otherwise, the Erymanthos is in Elis and Arcadia, where it remains all the way from a col under Olonos Peak, the summit of Mount Erymanthus.
